October 25, 2015 Rhong

There is no functionality to track asset's user and custodian history in Out of Box Maximo.

As a workaround, you can use Audit functionality

1. Go to the Database Configuration app

2. Open ASSETLOCUSERCUST object
  -  Check  Audit Enabledimage

-  In the Attributes tab,  check 'Audit Enabled?'  for  attribitues PERSONID,ISPRIMARY,ISCUSTODIAN,ISUSER

- Save

3. In Admin mode, Apply Configuration Changes.

Then, whenever adding/changing/deleting user/custodian information, it will be tracked in A_ASSETLOCUSERCUST table.
