Maximo Asset Management Interim Fix 010 released

The Interim Fix (IFIX) is available at Fix Central.


As with all IFIXes, MAM 7605 IFIX 010 is cumulative and includes all fixes provided with Maximo Asset Management Interim Fix 009, with these additions:



Application Name



Graphical Scheduling

A more efficient SQL statement written to help Graphical Scheduling performance.


System User Interface

Bulletin Board messages do not wrap to fit the screen.


Desktop Requisitions

In the Desktop Requisitions application, when you change the template of a requisition, the total cost is set to 0.


System User Interface

In the Enter Meter Reading dialog box, when the Date and Inspector fields are read only, those fields are not populated on a work order.


Graphical Assignment

In the Graphical Assignment application, the Dispatch tab does not display work orders on the map.


Graphical Scheduling

In the Graphical Scheduling application, on the Additional Resources tab, Labor and AM crew data does not show values.



In the Inventory application, when you transfer items, you cannot select labor and holding storerooms in the To Storeroom field.



In the Locations application, when you use the import function, a database cursor leak occurs.


Map Manager

In the Migration Manager, when you migrate spatially related collections, an error occurs.


Preventive Maintenance

In the Preventive Maintenance application, when you run the PMWOGEN cron task, an error occurs.



In the Receiving application, when you use a synonym for the INPRG status, you cannot receive a purchase order whose line type is Service.


Report Administration

In the Report Administration application, when multiple scheduled reports exist and you use the View Scheduled Reports function, only one scheduled report is displayed.


Report Viewer

In the Report Viewer application, when you print multiple work orders that have the same attachment, an error occurs.


Work Order Tracking

In the Work Order Tracking application, if you get an error message when you save a work order, reservations on material are not generated.


Report Viewer

When BROS is enabled and a report has a Microsoft attachment, the direct print function causes an error.


Terms and Conditions

When the Authorize Group for All Sites check box is selected, the Terms and Conditions application is read-only.


Ad Hoc Reporting

When you have a combination of Order By where clauses and an application restriction on the application, you are not able to run an Ad Hoc report.


Report Viewer

When you send multiple records to the printer with the direct print function, an error occurs.


Conditional Expression Manager

When you use the &UNIQUEID& expression type, a syntax error occurs.


Report Viewer

When the MXE.DIRECTPRINT.DUPLEXPRINTENABLED property is set to 1, attachments do not start on a new page when the Direct Print with Attachments function is used.


Report Viewer

When you use the direct print function to print many records quickly without waiting for the previous direct print to complete, not all records print.


System User Interface

In the Work Order Tracking application, when you select Cancel on the Create a File Attachment dialog box, you cannot save an attachment to the work order.


Ad Hoc Reporting

Ad hoc reports have report record limits.


Preventive Maintenance

PM work orders are not generated for assets that have inherited meter readings from their location.


Service Address

In the Service Address application, when you use a map service that has units not in decimal degrees, an error occurs.
